Centennial Management Fundraising Opportunities
Earn money to go directly toward your players fees. All volunteers must be 16 or older.
Centennial Management is looking for our help to fill fundraising positions at various events and venues.
We will work from call time through the end of the event, roughly 11PM. Money earned goes directly toward your players fees.
This is a great opportunity to round up family members and friends who can commit to working on your behalf to increase your fundraising contribution. Please remember that you are responsible for filling all positions that you commit to and for sharing expectations with all the fundraisers that you sign up to work at events. It is important that all fundraisers meet the requirements and can perform the job in a professional manner.
Please review the standard details of Centennial Management fundraising opportunities below and if you are interested respond with the required information ASAP. Fundraising positions are generally filled very fast! The positions are filled in the order the responses are received.
Interested, please email Alicia Foster with the following information…
- # of positions you are requesting
- First & Last Name of each Fundraiser
- Identify if the fundraiser is an Adult (18 or older non-student) or a minor (high school student)
- Name of the Student Athlete who should receive the credit and the Group you are fundraising = Copper Hills Football
Fundraising Guidelines
As a Fundraiser, we are “Contract Employees” for Centennial Management. We need to be committed to the shifts that we sign up for and willing to perform the work assigned just like an employee. If you respond to sign up, you are committing to work and you will be responsible for finding your own replacement if you are unable to make it.
Fundraisers are paid $10 per hour, payable to Copper Hills High School and deposited to your group account in your students name.
Fundraisers must be able to arrive on time and work through the entire event, generally 5-6 hours unless specified.
Fundraisers must be 16 years old or older or meet the age requirement for the specific event. Please adhere to the age guideline! This is a contractual obligation for Centennial Management at the Venues where we work.
It is preferable for a parent to participate with their student. This is a great way to increase your fundraising contribution and generally insures that we will have more professional people working the event.
Some positions may only be worked by Adult’s. It is important that I know if the fundraiser is an Adult or a Minor
Fundraisers must be comfortable working alone and willing to remain in the assigned post for the entire event. (Breaks will be given)
No cell phone use while in position, even to text.
Must wear the required uniform – Generally, Tan or Khaki pants or shorts comfortable closed-toe Shoes and a Centennial Management Polo that will be provided at the event. Shirts must be returned as you sign out. (It is important to note that shorts are ONLY allowed at specific venues. Rice Eccles Stadium, USANA and most outdoor venues allow shorts. LONG PANTS are required at Maverik, Vivint, Salt Palace and other indoor venues. Please read the FINAL LIST event instructions closely when you are confirmed to work an event.)
We are primarily working Gate Security and must be comfortable searching every bag and willing to interact with patrons, specifically to address items that are not allowed to come into the venue.
You will be on your feet the entire event. Please don’t sit on the ground or seating areas.
