Sponsorship Opportunities

The CHHS football program is dependent on the support of area business in our surrounding community. This can be said of any sport or club at CHHS. Lets face it, without fundraising events and sponsorships, sports programs and clubs couldn’t operate. No sport or club is given funds by the school or the school district. Funds must be raised, and that means we need your support! As a business, or private donor, we please ask for your help so we can give our student athletes the best possible environment for success. It’s a win-win, you get to promote your business and get name recognition, we get the money we need to operate our program. From safety certifying, to buying equipment, facility maintenance, transportation, sports medicine, football camps and so much more… EVERY dollar counts.(Tax Deduction – Sponsorships are a business marketing/advertising expense. Check with your tax advisor for tax deduction information)

Charitable contributions through the Jordan Education Foundation are tax deductible. (Download tax form below)

Make sure you designate Copper Hills High School Football program on the form below or in the notes section if donating through the JEF online website. (If you do not designate CHHS Football then we will not get your contribution.

NOTE: Charitable contributions through JEF will be applied to the CHHS Football Team. They cannot be applied to a single player. A player cannot use any charitable donations through JEF towards participation fees, team apparel, camps or any other expenses.

All artwork should be provided preferably in vector PDF or EPS format (be sure all fonts are converted to paths). We can also accept high resolution 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) bitmap files in PNG or JPG format.

• Please provide a company logo – Must fit within 5″ (W) x 3.5″ (T) on white background for sponsor recognition in the program and on the CHHS football website

• PA Announcements – Company Name and Tagline (Please keep to 5-7 seconds or less)

We’re grateful for every dollar we get from sponsors and fund raising events, but we also need support with non-cash donations. Restaurants, please consider sponsoring one or more pre/post game football dinners. Grocery stores, warehouse stores, consider donating to our concessions, or food items for pre/post game dinners. Parents, next time your at the grocery store, consider picking up an extra case of water or helping our pre/post game dinners by buying a food item in bulk! Not sure what to purchase? Contact us and we’ll gladly put you touch with the appropriate Booster Club member to coordinate food items. (Check with your personal tax advisor for tax deduction information)

Players & parents are expected to assist us in finding sponsors, support our fundraising efforts and volunteering time to the program. Most businesses are very happy to support the Grizzlies and we just need our players and football families to go out to these places and ask them for it. If you own a business or you know a relative, or a friends business, ask them to sponsor a student athlete. Consider business you often frequent, your favorite restaurant, hair stylist, gym or even your dentist. Remember, when a student athlete gets a sponsor referral, donations are first applied to the players participation fees if the player makes the team, the remainder will be donated to the football program.
